Our service technician, Tim, arrived to our new home prompt and prepared. He was incredibly nice and gave me information about the service. He wore booties in the house to protect our floors and was masked the whole time. The job was finished and the carpets look fantastic. All in all would highly recommend Zerorez!

Favio arrived within the timeframe we were given & was respectful, courteous & very professional. He ensured he had his shoes covered when he entered our home & wore a mask. He then assessed the basement & gave us his recommendation to add a deodorizer which was needed. Favio gave us the price for the job & it was close to the estimated price we originally received. He was efficient & got the job done in a speedy time but didn’t compromise on quality. We were so impressed that we asked him to clean an area rug at an additional price. Favio did a fantastic job & would highly recommend his service.
